1.1.B.05 Base amount payment split

Definition

Base amount payment split is where the superannuation agreement (1.1.S.416) or court order (1.1.C.355) specifies the entitlement of the non-member (1.1.N.115) as a particular dollar amount (the 'base amount') rather than, for example, a percentage split of a superannuation interest.
