1.1.G.10 Gainful employment (MOB)

Definition

For the purposes of MOB, gainful employment is defined as:

  • paid employment, including sheltered employment or Supported Employment Services or Australian Disability Enterprise, AND
  • self-employment of a commercial character that is intended to result in financial gain.
