1.1.I.160 Insufficient livelihood (SpB)

Definition

For the purposes of SpB, insufficient livelihood means having an income or means of support which is LESS than the rate of SpB which would apply to the person.

Example: The livelihood may be derived from:

  • available funds
  • income
  • in kind support, or
  • in some cases, payments from a government department.
