1.1.T.147 Transitional applicant (DSP)

Definition

For the purpose of DSP, a transitional applicant has the meaning given under the SSAct.

Transitional DSP applicant means a person:

  • who made a claim for DSP on or after 11 May 2005 and before 1 July 2006
  • to whom, on or after 1 July 2006, a notice under SS(Admin)Act section 63(2) or section 63(4) was given, and
  • who is required under the notice to undertake a specified activity for the purpose of reviewing his or her capacity to perform work.
