10.1.13.20 Lodgement of Appeals (Agreements)

Lodgement

All appeal documents, whether for an Australian or agreement country payment, may be lodged in Australia or the agreement country.

The date of lodgement of an appeal in an agreement country is deemed to be the date of lodgement in Australia.

When a person lodges appeal documents in Australia in relation to their agreement pension, all documentation should be forwarded to Centrelink International Services.
