10.11.12.20 Termination of the Agreement with Austria

Termination

Article 24 covers what happens should the Agreement terminate. The Agreement remains in force for 12 months following the month in which either Australia or Austria advises the other they intend to terminate the Agreement.

Should the Agreement terminate, those people who were being paid, or had lodged a claim and were entitled at that time, will continue to receive, or be granted, that benefit under the Agreement (as long as they otherwise continue to qualify).
