10.13.7.20 Embargoes - Agreement with Denmark

Embargoes

The Agreement with Denmark does not contain embargo provisions. However, the domestic legislation of Denmark allows Denmark to repay Australia from arrears of Danish benefit paid under the Social Pensions Act. Australian domestic legislation does not allow Australia to pay Denmark from Australian arrears.
