10.20.10.10 Information Which Can Be Exchanged - Agreement with Norway

Information which can be exchanged

Article 28 of the Agreement relates to the confidentiality of information exchanged. All information received by Australia is subject to the same privacy principles as apply to information obtained under domestic legislation. Information received by Norway is similarly subject to the privacy legislation relevant to Norway.
