10.20.3.20 Benefits Payable under the Agreement with Norway

Benefit payable

Article 2 of the Agreement lists the Australian and Norwegian benefits covered by the Agreement.

Australian benefits

The Australian benefits covered are:

  • age pension, and
  • disability support pension.

For people residing outside Australia, DSP is only payable to those who are severely disabled.

Norwegian benefits

The Norwegian benefits covered are:

  • old-age pension (including supplements for supported wife or children),
  • disability benefits (including supplements for supported wife or children),
  • survivor's benefits, and
  • rehabilitation benefits.
