10.29.8.30 Australian Working Life Residence - Agreement with the Slovak Republic

Australian working life residence

Article 1 of the Agreement defines period of Australian working life residence as that defined in Australian legislation, but does not include periods deemed to be Australian working life residence by virtue of Article 12 of the Agreement. This means that the definition in SS(IntAgree)Act sections 15 to 17 applies when calculating the rate of pension payable. Australian working life residence is the period of Australian residence between turning 16 and reaching age pension age.
