10.5.8.30 Working Life Residence - Agreement with Canada

Working life residence

Article 1 defines working life residence as that defined in Australian legislation, but does not include any Canadian creditable period covered in 10.5.5.10. This means that the definition in SS(IntAgree)Act section 15 applies when calculating the rate of Australian benefit payable.
