10.7.3.30 Equality of Treatment - Agreement with Malta

Equality of treatment

Article 4 of the Agreement with Malta says that Australia and Malta will treat equally all persons to whom the Agreement applies, in regards to rights and obligations arising under the Agreement or under their legislation.
