10.9.3.10 People Covered by the Agreement with Ireland

People covered

Article 3 of the Agreement with Ireland specifies the people to whom the Agreement applies, that is:

people who are or have been Australian residents,
people who are or have been subject to the legislation of Ireland, and
partners, dependants or survivors of people who satisfy the first 2 criteria (where applicable).
