11.2.4.10 Valid Family Responsibilities Commission income management notice under the Cape York initiative

Valid Family Responsibilities Commission (FRC) income management notice

An individual is subject to the income management regime under the SS(Admin)Act (the Cape York initiative) section 123UF at a point in time if a valid notice requiring that the individual be subject to the Cape York income management initiative is received by the delegate from the FRC and the other conditions in subsections 123UF(1) or (2), as applicable, are satisfied in relation to the individual.

SS(Admin)Act paragraphs 123UF(1)(b) and 123UF(2)(c) require that a notice given by the FRC to the delegate for the purposes of the Cape York initiative specify that the individual is required to be subject to the income management regime under section 123UF.
