Change of circumstances

SS(Admin)Act section 123ZEA supports ongoing information exchange between the Family Responsibilities Commission (FRC) and the delegate to ensure a joint service delivery approach and for the purposes of the performance of the functions and duties, or the exercise of the powers, of the FRC.

During the period of income management, the delegate will advise the FRC of any change in the individual's circumstances that may affect income management or relevant to the execution of the powers and functions of the FRC.
