11.2.8.30 Pending notices under the Cape York Welfare Reform

Pending notices

If an individual's category P (11.2.5.10) or R (11.2.5.20) welfare payment (and/or partner's payment, if applicable) has been cancelled, the Family Responsibilities Commission income management notice sits as a 'pending notice'. The delegate must action the notice if the individual subsequently becomes an eligible recipient and if the notice is still in force in relation to the individual.
