Delegate terminates the agreement for other reasons

The delegate will end VIM if:

a person ceases to be in receipt of a trigger payment for income management (11.1.1.50), that is not subsequently restored
the person becomes subject to any of the mandatory income management measures,
the delegate is satisfied that it is no longer feasible to deliver income management services to the person
an excluded payment nominee is appointed in relation to the person, or the person's existing payment nominee becomes an excluded payment nominee.
