Delegate terminates the agreement for other reasons

The delegate will end VIM if:

  • a person ceases to be in receipt of a trigger payment for income management (11.1.1.50), that is not subsequently restored
  • the person becomes subject to any of the mandatory income management measures,
  • the delegate is satisfied that it is no longer feasible to deliver income management services to the person
  • an excluded payment nominee is appointed in relation to the person, or the person's existing payment nominee becomes an excluded payment nominee.
