3.10.5.90 Date of event unclear

Summary

Generally speaking, there are few 'events' (a change in circumstance which would affect payment) that do not have a concrete date of occurrence.

Where a date of occurrence cannot be clearly identified, for instance if none of the usual date of effect rules apply, the determination will take effect on the day which it is made or a later date that is specified in the determination.
