Steps are:

Calculate the adjusted score for subdomain C (3) functional abilities - mobility subdomain, by locating the score range in column 1 of the conversion table into which the total score fits.
The adjusted score is the corresponding conversion score.
The adjusted score for subdomain C (3) is carried over to step 12.
