6.7.1 Amounts recoverable under the SSAct

Introduction

There are 2 main types of debts recoverable under the SSAct:

  • debts defined by a provision of the SSAct, and
  • debts occurring under any other Commonwealth Acts or schemes which are recoverable by virtue of the provisions of the SSAct.
