9.2.6.330 Visa Subclass 449 Humanitarian Stay (Temporary)

Note: To be eligible for a subclass 786 Temporary Humanitarian visa, the applicant must be the holder of a subclass 449 - Humanitarian Stay (Temporary) visa. The subclass 449 visa is a generic humanitarian visa.

Applicants must be invited by the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection to apply for the subclass 449 visa, and the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection will determine the length of the visa period.
