1.1.F.30 Funding contribution

Definition

For the purposes of the National Redress Scheme, the 'funding contribution' is the amount a participating institution owes the Scheme. It is calculated every 3 months, or quarterly. There are 2 parts:

The redress component (the total amount the institution needs to pay towards redress payments and the counselling and psychological care component in the quarter).
The Scheme administration component (the total amount the institution needs to pay towards the administration of the Scheme in the quarter).
