1.1.P.60 Production period

Definition

A production period is the time allowed for a person or a participating institution to provide documentation or information to the Operator of the National Redress Scheme.

The standard production period is 8 weeks from the date of the notice requesting information. If the Operator considers an application urgent, the production period is 4 weeks from the date of notice.

A person or participating institution may also request an extension to the production period, see Part 5.
