9.2 The National Redress Scheme for Institutional Child Sexual Abuse Rules 2018

Summary

The Minister has the authority under the NRSAct to create rules to support elements of the Act. The NRS Rules are a legislative instrument and are to be applied having regard to the NRSAct. Elements detailed in the rules have been included in this guide and the Rules are available on the Federal Register of Legislation.
