1.1.A.100 Australian Government employer

Definition

An Australian Government employer means:

  • the Commonwealth
  • a state
  • a territory
  • a body corporate established for a public purpose by or under a law of the Commonwealth, state or a territory, or
  • a body corporate
    • incorporated under a law of the Commonwealth, a state or a territory, and
    • in which the Commonwealth, a state or a territory, has a controlling interest.
