1.1.A.20 Acceptance notice

Definition

If an employer determination (1.1.E.60) is made for an employer and their employee, the employer must be notified of the decision under PPLAct section 102. The employer must respond to this notice within 14 days after the date of the notice, either by applying for a review of the determination or giving a written acceptance notice to Centrelink. Through the acceptance notice the employer accepts the obligation to provide PLP instalments to the employee, and provides:

  • or confirms bank account details, and
  • pay cycle information, or
  • any other information specified in the PPL Rules.
