1.1.A.03 AAT reviewable employer decision

Definition

An employer may apply for AAT first review of an AAT reviewable employer decision, that is an employer determination decision (1.1.E.70) or an employer funding amount decision (1.1.E.80) that has been reviewed and affirmed, varied or set aside and substituted with a new decision under PPLAct Part 5-1 which deals with internal reviews.
