1.1.E.70 Employer determination decision

Definition

An employer determination decision is a decision of an officer under PPLAct section 101, which an employer may apply to have reviewed by Centrelink under section 207.

The AAT can conduct an AAT first review of an employer determination decision that has been reviewed by Centrelink.
