1.1.E.80 Employer funding amount decision

Definition

An employer funding amount decision is a decision of an officer under PPLAct section 75 to pay a PPL funding amount to an employer, which an employer may apply to have reviewed by Centrelink under PPLAct section 208.

The AAT can conduct an AAT first review of an employer funding amount decision under PPLAct section 224.
