1.1.F.30 Federal law enforcement officer

Definition

Federal law enforcement officer means a member of the Australian Federal Police; or a person appointed to a position for the purpose of being trained as a member of the Australian Federal Police; or a person who has the powers and duties of a member of the Australian Federal Police.

This includes a police reservist, a police recruit, a police cadet, a junior constable, a police medical officer, a special constable, an ancillary constable or a protective services officer.
