1.1.L.20 Law enforcement officer of Queensland
Law enforcement officer of Queensland means:
- a member of the police force of Queensland, or
- a person appointed to a position for the purpose of being trained as a member of the police force of Queensland, or
- a person who has the powers and duties of a member of the police force of Queensland.
This includes a police reservist, a police recruit, a police cadet, a junior constable, a police medical officer, a special constable, an ancillary constable or a protective services officer.
