4.2.2 PLP provided by employer

Introduction

If Centrelink makes an initial eligibility determination in relation to one or more flexible PPL days, Centrelink must also make an employer determination (1.1.E.60) for the person and their employer if the conditions for the claimant to have PLP provided by their employer are met. Where an employer determination is not made, PLP instalments will be paid directly to the recipient through Centrelink.
