4.3.6.50 Method of payment of PLP by Centrelink

Introduction

Centrelink is required to pay an instalment (1.1.I.80) or part of an instalment to the credit of a bank account nominated and maintained by the person to whom the payment is being made.

However, Centrelink may direct that an instalment or part of an instalment be paid in another way.
