1.1.A.100 Arrears

Definition

Arrears are any amounts relating to unpaid child support (1.1.C.60), spousal maintenance or carer debts (1.1.C.30) occurring in relation to a registrable maintenance liability (1.1.R.40) including those from an overseas maintenance liability (1.1.O.40).

Arrears can be in relation to administrative assessments (1.1.A.30), binding or limited child support agreements (1.1.B.30) (1.1.L.40), and court orders or court ordered agreements.
