1.1.B.20 Below regular care

Definition

The child support formula (1.1.C.110) uses 5 different terms to describe care. Below regular care is the term used when a parent (1.1.P.10) has a percentage of care (1.1.P.70) between 0 and less than 14% (0 to 51 nights) in a child support care period. A parent with less than 14% care for a child is not recognised as meeting any COTC (1.1.C.210) through care.
