1.1.D.70 Disputed care

Definition

Disputed care is where a written care arrangement for a child is in place and there is a departure from the terms of the arrangement by one of the parties and the other party disputes the care change.

Where care is disputed, an interim care period may be available depending on the circumstances of the individual case.
