1.1.P.100 Primary care

Definition

The child support formula (1.1.C.110) uses 5 different terms to describe care (1.1.C.10). Primary care is the term used when a parent (1.1.P.10) has a percentage of care (1.1.P.70) between 65% and 86% (238 to 313 nights) in a child support (1.1.C.60) care period. A parent with more than 65% care for a child will not be assessed to pay child support for that child.
