1.1.R.20 Reconciliation

Definition

Reconciliation is consider to have occurred if 2 separated parents (1.1.P.10) become a member of the same couple and are:

  • legally married to each other and are not living separately or apart on a permanent or indefinite basis
  • living together as partners (1.1.P.20) on a genuine domestic basis although not legally married to each other
  • in a registered relationship and are not living separately or apart on a permanent or indefinite basis
