1.1.R.50 Regular care

Definition

The child support formula (1.1.C.110) uses 5 different terms to describe care (1.1.C.10). Regular care is the term used when a parent (1.1.P.10) has a percentage of care (1.1.P.70) between 14% to less than 35% (52 to 127 nights) in a child support care period. A parent with regular care is recognised as meeting 24% of the COTC (1.1.C.210) through care.
