1.1.A.260 Articulated courses (YA)

Definition

For the purposes of YA, articulated courses are linked courses offered by some TAFE colleges and private education providers which form stages of the one award.

Example: A 2 year Associate Diploma award may be based on undertaking 4 articulated half-year Certificate courses.

Articulated courses can be recognised as part of an overall long course in certain circumstances.

Example: Payment may be made during vacation breaks in linked courses which make up a longer course.
