1.1.D.260 Dual occupancy residential development

A dual occupancy residential development is a planning authority approved residential housing scheme. It allows a detached dwelling to be constructed on land on the same title document (220.127.116.11) where a home already exists. Under this type of residential development the title to the land is NOT altered.
