1.1.I.130 Industrial instrument (PES)

Definition

For the purposes of PES, an industrial instrument is defined as an award or agreement that:

is made under or recognised by a law of the Commonwealth or of a state or territory
regulates the relationships between employers and employees
provides for the prevention or settlement of disputes between employers and employees, and
concerns the relationship between an employer and the employer's employees, or provides for the prevention or settlement of a dispute between an employer and the employer's employees.
