1.1.I.130 Industrial instrument (PES)

Definition

For the purposes of PES, an industrial instrument is defined as an award or agreement that:

  • is made under or recognised by a law of the Commonwealth or of a state or territory
  • regulates the relationships between employers and employees
  • provides for the prevention or settlement of disputes between employers and employees, and
  • concerns the relationship between an employer and the employer's employees, or provides for the prevention or settlement of a dispute between an employer and the employer's employees.
