1.1.O.25 Operative time

Definition

Operative time for a payment split under:

  • a court order (1.1.C.355) is the time specified in the order,
  • a superannuation agreement (1.1.S.416) or flag-lifting agreement (1.1.F.155), is the beginning of the fourth business day after the day on which a copy of the agreement is served on the trustee, or
    • in the case of an SMSF, is the time when a copy of the agreement is served on the trustee.
