10.1.2.30 Terms Not Defined in Agreements

Terms not defined

Any term not defined in an agreement has the same meaning it has under social security law (or Superannuation Guarantee Law, where applicable) of Australia or the agreement country (whichever is appropriate). If the meaning is not defined in the agreement or the social security laws of either country, either its natural meaning or the meaning defined in the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 applies.
