10.14.12.20 Termination of the Agreement with Germany

Termination

Article 22 of the Agreement with Germany covers what happens should the Agreement terminate. The Agreement may be terminated by either country at the end of a calendar year, provided at least 3 months notice is given.

Should the Agreement terminate, those people who were being paid, or had lodged a claim and are entitled at that time, will continue to receive that benefit.
