10.15.8.40 Proportional Income - Agreement with the USA

Proportional income

The Agreement with the USA provides that only a proportion of any USA benefits is assessed as income. This concessional treatment only applies when the person's Australian benefits are calculated at a proportional rate. See 10.1.9.40 for how to calculate proportional income.
