10.19.10.10 Information Which can be Exchanged - Agreement with Belgium

Information which can be exchanged

Article 21 of the Agreement provides that Australia and Belgium can exchange information necessary for the application of the Agreement or under the social security law of each country. This means that the flow of information is quite broad and covers information relevant to a person's eligibility for any payment, including those not covered by the Agreement.
