History

The Agreement between Australia and the Swiss Confederation (Switzerland) was signed on 9 October 2006 and commenced operating on 1 January 2008.

The Agreement with Switzerland is a formal treaty under international law and is included in the SS(IntAgree)Act as Schedule 20.
