10.25.10.20 Confidentiality - Agreement with Finland

Confidentiality

Article 19 of the Agreement provides that information exchanged by Australia and Finland can only be used for the purposes of implementing the Agreement or other purposes under each country's social security laws.

All information received by Australia is subject to the same privacy principles as applies to information obtained under domestic legislation. Information received by Finland is similarly subject to Finnish privacy legislation.
