10.32.9.30 People who Travel to a Third Country - Agreement with India

Third country portability

Article 5.1 of the Agreement provides for the payment of age pension to people who are residents of, and present in, Australia or India. This means Agreement pensioners cannot continue to be paid for a temporary absence to a third country.
